I do not require you have a website. But please let me know this on the join
form. If you do have a website, I will require it to be in English or have
an English version. That is the only language I speak, sorry. If you
do have a site, I will now require a logo or text link be placed on it before
access will be given.
Tubing
I do allow Tubing of Results of MY LINE ART as long as you offer in a PASSWORD PROTECTED AREA.
I also ask that you give credit where credit is due when using my work to
decorate your site - make stuff for sale and/or offer as linkware.
I am not asking for a link on every page but a note somewhere on your site

When joining my membership, you are buying a
license to use my work. I have created some of these workings by using Tutorials/Line
Art/Graphics
from PAID memberships I belong to. The Original Graphics are and remain copyright to me AND the OWNERS
of such PAID MEMBERSHIPS.
So you cannot claim to own copyright to any of the Graphics
No digitizing of any form is
allowed.
Hot linking will not be tolerated. I will be
changing file names and moving files around.
Line Art & Tubes within Members Area
·You may not turn line art into tutorials without written permission.
The results of your Creations are yours to do with as you please.
·You may use my Line Art to make Graphics, Tubes, Stationary, Web Sets, etc for yourself or others,
For personal use and/or for profit. This includes forum and/or for sale in
shops.
·Line Art images are NOT to be offered in their current form. You must color the Line Art completely before sharing it with others.
·You many change, animate or alter the Line Art to your liking
·A Link back is required - you may use one of the logos offered inside or a text
link is fine.
Special Character Lines
I now offer SC lines. There is a separate license required to tube these
lines and special terms to go along with each set of lines. Since the
license is only available inside the members area, the terms are as well.
You must link back to the original creator of the lines when tubing them,
you must show any logos pertaining to such lines, you must completely
dress all dolls before offering as tubes.. Any more specifics are
shown on the individual pages.
As-Is Lines
I've started offering an AS-IS license. What this means is that my
original lines may be shared in your members area
when the proper license is bought. These licenses will be very
limited - 10 to be exact. When displaying such lines, you must link
back to http://snbd.org on each and every
page they're displayed on - as well as having your members link to
http://snbd.org should they decide to use
the lines. Whether or not they can tube the lines is up to the
license holder. Licenses are per person, not per site. A discount may be
given if each person is interested but would need to email me to get
details. So to re-iterate the rules - you must have a members area -
you must link back to me - your members must link back to both of us.
PERIOD.
Violation of any these terms may result in your membership being terminated without prior warning.
The Tubes I offer are from paid memberships I belong
to. With it stated in their TOU, I am able to offer these tubes to you or have in my
possession a license to do so.

THE TUBES....YOU MUST ADD AT LEAST ONE MORE GRAPHIC TO THE END RESULTS. PLEASE
DO NOT USE THE TUBES ALONE***
·You may NOT recolor, resize and change
tubes or claim as your own.
·You may NOT offer my tubes for download in free or paid areas.
·DO NOT send them through any Groups...this includes Groups such as MSN and Yahoo.
·These Tubes are not for snagging.
·You may not offer these Tubes for download as they are ( single or in any collection )
·You may not offer them for sale or free in their original form.
·You may make Websets, Stationary, Sigtags, Premades...etc
for your personal use or for profit.
Sigtags, Brushes, Websets, Sliced Images, WP Themes and other Goodies in Members area
·They are not to be shared...They are for Members only.
·They come as they are ...no change in
color, size or wording will be accepted unless specified
·Do NOT claim them as your own.
·And give credit where Credit is due. Please

offered in Siggie Station are made using lineart/tubes/graphics from my PAID
MEMBERSHIPS.
·They require a link back to

may not alter in any fashion, if you want/need something changed please ask.
·You
may request unlimited sig tags per week for yourself with the option of ONE being for a friend.
